District Funded IEE


Initial evaluations/second opinions

Dr. Walinsky can be hired by a school district to conduct a private, district funded IEE. An Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) is an evaluation of the educational needs of a student that completed by someone outside of the school system. This is an option when parents believe that the school district’s own evaluation of their child is incomplete or incorrect.   

​Dr. Walinsky has many years of experience providing Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) and collaborates with multiple parties including school personnel, parent advocates, and special education attorneys.
